How many batches and trades can we run at once?
There is no fixed limit in the system — batches, trades and sessions run in parallel. Your plan sets the active trainee ceiling, not the batch count.
Can trainees register online themselves?
Yes. Online self-registration with document upload is supported, with an admin verification step before a trainee is admitted to a batch.
Does attendance work with biometric devices?
Manual attendance is built in; fingerprint and face-recognition devices connect through the biometric add-on so attendance flows into the same records.
Are assessment results and certificates automatic?
Scores are entered by trainers or assessors, pass rules apply automatically, and once results are approved and locked, certificates generate with a unique QR verification code.
Can it produce donor / authority M&E reports?
Yes. Enrolment, completion, dropout and gender-disaggregated indicators export in PDF and Excel, and Enterprise plans include a configurable M&E dashboard matched to your log-frame.
Does it support compliance needs of programmes like ASSET?
The system was built inside a live donor-funded skills programme, so approval workflows, audit trails and reporting formats follow real compliance requirements — and can be adapted to yours.
Are there separate portals for trainers and trainees?
Yes, on Professional and Enterprise plans. Each role sees only its own data: trainers their batches, trainees their own records.
Can we use it from mobile?
The entire system is responsive — attendance entry, approvals and reports all work from a phone or tablet browser with nothing to install.
